Report a Hazard

The reporting of potential hazards is an integral part of our safety program.  This information is vital for any safety system to work effectively and successfully.  If you become aware of any potential hazard in the workplace, we urge you to report your observations and concerns so that effective measures can be taken to ensure employee safety. Professional Safety Consultant

Our professional consultant Karol Sapkaroski has over a decade of experience in Occupational Safety and Health, workers compensation and injury management. Karol holds a Bachelors Degree in Health Science with a (major in OSH and minor in environmental health and safety), a Masters Degree in Public Health (major in OSH and minor in environmental health and safety) and is currently undertaking a PhD in public health. Karol is also a qualified AS4801 auditor and has lectured at both Curtin and Edith Cowan Universities. Karol has a wide range of industry experience from retail, food manufacturing, factories, warehousing & logistics, steel fabrication, brick, plaster and concrete manufacturing, and local council works.
