Joy Northover
Director

Joy has been working in the recruitment industry since 1997 after a career incorporating secretarial work, sales and marketing as well as running her own accommodation business. The experience she gained in these roles equipped her well to service a diverse group of clients in managing their human resources needs.

Joy joined Staff Link in 2003 and has made a major contribution to its ongoing success. She is excited about the future direction the business is taking with such a talented and committed team on board.

Karyn Zaska
Senior Recruitment Consultant

Working within the Permanent Division, Karyn has 8 years experience in recruitment, both in business development and consulting. Karyn comes to us from running a permanent placement division for a specialised Perth agency. Areas she has recruited in include real estate, building and construction, federal, state and local government.

Gemma Northover
Para Consultant

Gemma has been with Staff Link since April 2007 after completing her tertiary education in Mass Communications and Performing Arts and has proved herself to be a multi-skilled and flexible member of our team. She has just moved into the role of Para Consultant, working with Joy and Karyn on the recruiting of permanent employees.

Sonda Alderson
Recruitment Consultant / Administrator

Sonda is a multi-skilled team member conducting permanent and temp to perm placements. Having worked with us since 2007, Sonda has an excellent appreciation of our client base and is frequently commended for the high customer service levels she delivers in her dealings with clients and candidates.
