Joy has been working in the recruitment industry since 1997 after a career incorporating secretarial work, sales and marketing as well as running her own accommodation business. The experience she gained in these roles equipped her well to service a diverse group of clients in managing their human resources needs.
Joy joined Staff Link in 2003 and has made a major contribution to its ongoing success. She is excited about the future direction the business is taking with such a talented and committed team on board.

Gemma has been with Staff Link since April 2007 after completing her tertiary education in Mass Communications and Performing Arts and has proved herself to be a multi-skilled and flexible member of our team. She is responsible for the Temporary Services Division and is the specialist contact to service clients with quality temporary staff.

Aditi Gala
Recruitment Coodinator
Aditi is the newest member of our Staff Link team having joining us in 2011. She has completed her Masters in Business Administration with Human Resources specialization from Edith Cowan University. Aditi has joined our team as a recruitment Coordinator and assists with recruitment as well as general administration duties in the Temporary and Permanent Divisions. She also helps in managing client relations and candidate care.
