All our supplied staff are reference checked on their previous work history. These personnel are then inducted and interviewed at our Kewdale office before being placed with any client.
We also offer training, motivation and guidance to our casual staff, which is on-going throughout the course of their assignments - both after hours and on-site.

Industrial Relations Support
There are four key personnel at Staff Link with extensive experience in the areas of payroll, industrial relations and award interpretation. With a combined experience exceeding 50 years they have the skills and knowledge to address and manage most industrial relations issues.
Further to this, Staff Link has been a long standing member of the Chamber of Commerce of Western Australia and therefore has access to a wealth of information and legal advice in relation to any issue that arises. We are also very pro-active in keeping up to date with all areas of industrial relations and regularly attend seminars in relation to new legislation and changes to workplace policies.
Consequently, we are able to provide clients with peace of mind when it comes to addressing, responding and managing industrial relations issues.
