We have never strived to be the BIGGEST service provider – just the BEST. We have the confidence in our people who all embrace a culture of positivity, responsibility and dedication. This enables us to provide and maintain a very high level of service whilst keeping costs to a minimum.
Our beginnings....
Staff Link was formed as a partnership in 1996 from very humble beginnings. Even though both partners were very experienced in the recruitment industry, they commenced Staff Link from scratch with nothing but an office, a phone and a computer. Mark Braddon is one of these original founders and continues to be the driving force behind its ongoing success. Rather than setting out to conquer the world, he focused on making his own mark on the local community, building a large clientele within the Kewdale / Welshpool area.
After 13 years, Staff Link continues to grow, and whilst it continues to diversify into different industries and services, it still remains dedicated to serving the local community.
Mark has developed his own business philosophy by which he conducts his business. This also transcends to all those that work for him and is represented by the following statements which are displayed throughout our office as a reminder of that for which we stand.
